Return & Exchange Eligibility

Returns and exchanges are eligible only if you receive a damaged product or an incorrect item from your order.
The product must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags intact.


2. Unboxing Video Requirement:

An unboxing video is mandatory to process any return or exchange requests.
The video should clearly show the condition of the package upon arrival and the unboxing process, highlighting the issue with the product.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange


1. Time Frame:

All return and exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.


2. Steps to Follow:

Provide your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and the unboxing video as an attachment.


3. Review & Approval:

Our Customer Support team will review your request and the unboxing video.
Upon approval, we will provide you with further instructions on returning the product or processing the exchange.

Important Notes:

Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the product. In the case of exchanges, we will cover the shipping costs for the replacement item.


Processing Time: Please allow 5-7 working days for us to process your return or exchange once we receive the returned item.


Refunds: If a refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to your original method of payment within 7 working days.
